What liquid co2 is, and why the grade matters

Liquid CO2 is carbon dioxide held as a refrigerated liquid in an insulated vessel, which is how any site using it in quantity takes delivery. Carbonation, chilling and freezing all draw more CO2 than cylinders can comfortably supply once production is running at scale.

The grade distinction carries across from the cylinder product. Beverage grade is prepared for anything that reaches a person's glass, and a bulk vessel does not change that requirement, it only changes how much of it you hold at once.

We deliver liquid CO2 in vessels and tankers across Bhiwadi, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and the wider industrial belt to beverage plants, food processors and industrial customers, with vessel sizing set against measured demand.

Handling and safety

Carbon dioxide is heavier than air and an asphyxiant at concentration, and the liquid causes cold burns and forms dry ice on rapid release. Ventilate cellars, cold rooms and plant rooms, fit oxygen or CO2 monitoring where people work near vessels, and never seal liquid CO2 in a closed container.

Questions we are asked about liquid co2

Do you supply beverage grade liquid CO2?Beverage grade is available in bulk as well as in cylinders. Confirm the specification with us against your requirement before the first delivery.

When should we move from cylinders to a bulk vessel?Once carbonation or chilling demand is continuous, cylinder changes become the limiting factor. Tell us your monthly usage and we will size a vessel against it.

Do you supply and install the vessel?Vessel supply and siting are arranged with the gas, and we will confirm what your site needs during the survey.

Which areas do you deliver liquid CO2 to?Bhiwadi, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and the surrounding region, in vessels and tankers.
