Sustainability, safety, inclusion and quality at Aggarwal Air Products
Green by designOver a fifth of the site is planted, on purpose.Industrial land in this belt is expensive and every square metre has an alternative use. We reserved more than 20% of ours for plantation to offset the carbon footprint of compression, liquefaction and transport. It is maintained, not decorative.
Safety firstWorker safety is the top priority across every operation.Compressed gas is unforgiving. Cylinder handling, valve testing, filling, loading and transport each run to a checked procedure, with trained crews and equipment that is inspected rather than assumed. Nobody is asked to make up time by skipping a step.
People and inclusionMore than 10% of our team is women, and we are pushing that up.In gas manufacturing in India that figure is unusual. It took deliberate hiring, facilities that assume women will be on site, and managers who were told the target out loud. We publish it because a number invites a question next year.[ image ]

Quality as responsibilityA bad batch is a safety event, not a commercial one.Our customers include hospitals. ISO 9001:2015 and the PESO licence are the floor, not the achievement. Purity is verified against grade and logged to the batch, so any cylinder can be traced back to its analysis.
