Manifold & Pipeline Installation

A manifold room is where a gas supply stops being cylinders and becomes infrastructure. Instead of moving cylinders to the point of use, the cylinders sit in one controlled room and the gas is piped to where the work happens, with changeover, regulation and alarms handled centrally.

The value of doing it properly shows up years later. Correctly sized pipework, an automatic changeover that actually changes over, labelled lines and commissioning records are the difference between a system that runs quietly for a decade and one that becomes a standing maintenance problem.
